Our Featured Faculty Member for this week is Mrs. Stutesman. She has been a speech-therapist for 7 years. She is an animal-lover, known for stopping traffic to pick up a stray or move a turtle out of the way. Mrs. Stutesman has 4 rescues (2 dogs and 2 cats). All but one, came from the side of the road! On weekends, you can usually find her reading a good book or spending time with friends and family. On school breaks, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Jake. Her dream is to visit all 50 states and all 7 continents. We are so glad to have you here as a Holly Hawk this year, Mrs. Stutesman!

In support of the National Milk Coalition and the Dairy Farmers of the world the Holly Hawks Cafe has adopted a calf (baby cow). We have been assigned to a farm right here in Georgia. Big Sandy Creek Dairy is located in Madison, Georgia and is open for farm tours with appointments. Our calf was born on September 10th and weighed 75 pounds. Her name is Gouda and we think she is adorable. We are using this opportunity to bring attention to the Dairy Farmers and the wonderful products they make for us.
